A vertical machining center is a tool installed in a vertical (upright) direction relative to the ground of the equipment to process the material from above. The rotating axis of the tool is moved in the vertical, horizontal and height directions, so it can be processed from above while confirming the machining center's processing appearance.
Smaller than horizontal, can also be installed in a small setup space. It is a widely introduced type, but the chips generated during processing are difficult to discharge to the outside, so it is easy to produce faults caused by chips.
Compared with mass production, it is more suitable for small production of multiple varieties.
